We're so sure you'll love the taste of Love + Glory Brut Nature Sparkling Wine that we proudly stand behind our bubbly with a 15-day money-back guarantee on all first-time orders. In the event you try your first* bottle of our wine and are not completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@loveandglory.com.au and let us know. We ask that you return the unused, unopened bottles of bubbly and once received, we'll process your refund. 

*Please note that refunds are not provided when more than 1 bottle from the order is consumed.

Returns - Unused/Unopened Wine

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@loveandglory.com.au. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for these refunds to be processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@loveandglory.com.au. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a photo at hello@loveandglory.com.au.Â
