For instance, did you know that a "DRY" Champagne can contain up to 32 g/L of residual sugar?! 32 grams! Talk about canceling out that veggie salad you had for lunch...

So what's a health-conscious, bubble-lover to do?

Easy! We've got your sparkling fix sorted. With less than 1 gram of residual sugar per BOTTLE, we're proudly Brut Nature (i.e., the fancy French way of labeling a sparkling wine with less than 3 g/L residual sugar). Quite the difference from a "DRY" bottle with 32 g/L! 
We've also proudly gone Zero Dosage and skipped the added sugar most producers blend into their base wine before it 'sparkles'. Ditch the added sugar. You're sweet enough as is.

Early pioneers of planting alternative grape varieties, our family's sustainable vineyard features some of the oldest Tempranillo vines in McLaren Vale (second only to d'Arenberg). Our prestige vintage sparkling rosé is handcrafted in extremely small batches from these delectable Tempranillo grapes.

We follow a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. We respect the traditions of the past, but we're not bound to them. Proudly vegan friendly and gluten free.
